Mallouk '88, Krebs '14 Selected for Annual Alumni Awards

The Rockhurst High School National Alumni Association selected the recipients of its annual Alumni Awards for 2026.

Mr. Peter A. Mallouk '88 was named the Alumnus of the Year and Mr. Michael Krebs '14 was named the Emerging Hawklet.

The Alumnus of the Year recognizes an alumnus who honors the spirit, mission, and vision of the Society of Jesus through his dedication to be a "man for others" with continuing service to Rockhurst High School and the community by making significant contributions of time, talent, and treasure.

The Emerging Hawklet Award celebrates the outstanding achievements of a young alumnus who has created meaningful impact through exceptional leadership, service to others, or a commitment to excellence.

Mallouk and Krebs will be celebrated throughout the fall, beginning with the Homecoming Mass on September 15, during the Alumni Reunion Celebration and Hawklet Home Football Game on September 18, and at the Fr. Mario Puricelli, SJ, All Alumni Night on November 5. We invite all Rockhurst alumni to join us at these gatherings.

The Rockhurst Alumni Association is proud to honor these outstanding representatives of the school.

“What makes Peter especially deserving of this recognition is the impact he has had both professionally and in the community,” shared Spencer Hardwick ’07, President of Rockhurst’s National Alumni Association. “His leadership, generosity, and commitment to others embody the best of the Rockhurst tradition, and we’re proud to honor him this year.”

Hardwick also shared his excitement for Krebs as the Emerging Hawklet.

“Michael exemplifies what it means to be a ‘man for others’. His ability to build relationships, serve his community, and make a positive impact in every setting he enters truly distinguished him in the eyes of the selection committee and the Board.”

Please join us in celebrating these outstanding individuals and their deep commitment to helping and serving as "men for others" in our community. To learn more about these remarkable alumni, click here for Mallouk and click here for Krebs.
