Weekly News

French students competed in the National French Contest. Bronze medal winners were senior Alex Albracht and sophomore Max Nulan; silver medal winners were sophomores Johnathan Michka, Josh O'Dell, Sidney Suarez and Jacob Sykes. Freshman Damon Ross received a gold medal and placed in the 95th percentile nationally.

Rockhurst Science Club competed at the Missouri Western State Chemathon on April 23. The Division 1 team won 3rd place and the Division 2 team won 2nd place in the team rounds. Junior Alex Tangen finished 5th overall in the individual test for Division 2 and junior Quang Nguyen finished 4th overall in the individual test for Division 1.

At the National History Day competition on April 25, sophomores Max Parssa and Philip Brain placed 4th in the Group Documentary category. Juniors Cullen Herron and Joseph Sizemore finished 6th in the same category. Overall, 15 Rockhurst students, a school record, qualified for the state level of the National History Day competition in Columbia.

The Application for Graduation form here must be printed, signed, and turned in to the Dean's Office no later than Wednesday, April 8, 2015.

Returning Student Enrollment Contracts will be mailed the week after Spring Break and are due back at Rockhurst by April 15, 2015. Returning Student Financial Aid applications are due April 1, 2015 to FAIR.
