What is CrossFit?

CrossFit began in the late 1990s as a very small, underground fitness movement. It has since blown up, with affiliates all over the world.

The workouts and methodology adhere to the concepts of muscle confusion and high intensity interval training (HIIT) and workouts are usually always completed, including a strength training regimen, in less than an hour.
