Father/Son Mass
Fathers and sons are invited to join us every first Tuesday of the month in the Chapel of the Sacred Heart for the celebration of Mass. Mass begins at 7 a.m. each month, with donuts, coffee, juice, and camaraderie to follow. A great way for fathers and sons to deepen their own relationships, as well as their relationships with God.
Men’s Day of Reflection
Since 1994, the men of Rockhurst High School have gathered once a year to pause and enjoy a moment of calm in their busy lives. To reflect about their own lives and the lives of those they have influenced. To renew their drive to be the best husbands, fathers, brothers, sons, and friends they can possibly be. To rededicate themselves as Catholic Christians devoted to the lifelong service of Christ.
This year’s Men’s Day of Reflection is set for Saturday, February 8, 2020. A wonderful way to start the Lenten season.
The day begins with coffee and donuts at 8:30 a.m. in Rockhurst High School’s Pesci Atrium located inside the main State Line Road entrance. Lunch is served and participants have the opportunity to take part in the Sacrament of Reconciliation during the course of the day. Guests are encouraged to bring a Bible for use during personal reflection. The program concludes with the Celebration of the Mass at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Sacred Heart, which is open to family and friends.
