Environmentalist Mr. Chris Jensen practices what he preaches
Environmentalist, English teacher, and Ecology Club sponsor Mr.Chris Jensen rides his bicycle to school several times a week and then takes the bus home, thus setting an example for not only his students but for all, in order to protect the environment.
Mrs. Jerry Featherston's students tour Nelson Art Gallery
Mrs. Jerry Featherston's 6th hour World Religion class took a field trip to the Nelson Art Gallery where students walked us through the Hinduism and Buddhism religious areas. Everyone thought the experience was wonderful especially seeing the many Buddha's.
Environmental Field Trip to Dykes Creek
Environmental Science Teacher Rich Wikiera often takes his classes on a field trip to Dyke's Creek, along Ward Parkway adjacent to Rockhurst to study the ecosystem.
